摘  要:以某军医大学教师为研究对象,采取问卷调查的方式,研究分析教师人格特质、角色压力以及教学督导行为与教学督导效能的关系。结果显示,教学督导效能受到教师人格特质、角色压力和督导行为的影响,不同人格特质和角色压力的教师,其督导效能会有所不同。With the teachers of a military medical university as the study object, it aimed to the relationship among personality, role stress, supervisory behavior and teaching supervision efficacy of teachers in military medical university by questionnaires on the teachers of one military medical university. The result shows that teaching supervision is influenced by teachers' personality, role stress and supervisory behavior. Teachers with different personality and role stress were of different teaching supervision efficacy.
