摘 要:北京大学医学部开展住院医师规范化培训工作已有20年历史,建立了管理制度规范、管理机构健全、培训学科齐全的培训体系,引入了以职称为契机的制约机制和以学位为目标的激励机制,其特色是"四轨合一"的培训模式和"一考多用"的考核措施,实现了住院医师培训和临床研究生培养的有机结合.研究生参加培训的优势在于提供了高质量的生源,劣势是行医资格受到质疑以及培训年限不被完全承认.为此,北医应该加强对各种培训渠道的统筹协调,并适时开展培训基地社会化招生试点工作,还住院医师以"住院医师"身份.Standardized resident training programs have been developed in PKHSC for 20 years.Systemic regulation and administration have been built up, coupled with the conditional mechanism of promotion requirement and the inspiring mechanism of clinical degree award. It is characterized with the "Four in one" training model and "one test for multiple purposes" assess system, which successfully achieved the goal of integration of residents training and clinical graduate students' cultivation. With graduate students taking part in clinical training, high-quality students are available. But the qualification of practicing medicine is questioned and the duration of training hasn't been fully recognized. Therefore, PKHSC should strengthen the coordination of various training channels and develop the pilot work of recruiting students socially at the training bases, hoping that the residents will be recognized.
