摘　　要：课程体系构建是专业建设的基础,是实施人才培养的关键。文章以"以就业为导向,以能力为本位"的办学理念为指导,以专业调研为起点,以岗位工作任务职业能力分析为基础,围绕专业培养目标和国家职业标准要求,阐述了基于工作过程系统化课程体系的开发方法和课程标准的制定原则,对其他高职院校专业建设与改革具有借鉴作用。Construction of curriculum system is the base of professional construction and the key of personnel training.With ＂ employment as direction, ability as standard＂ as guidance, professional investigation as starting point, work obligation and professional ability analysis as basis, this article expounded development methods of curriculum system based on process systematization and formulation principle of curriculum standard around with professional training objective and national professional standard requirements, and it can make a reference to professional construction and reformation of other vocational colleges.
