摘　　要：周畅先生是厦门大学艺术学院音乐系教授、福建省音协副主席、福建省政协副主席、全国政协委员,中国致公党中央常委,一生著(含合著)有6部音乐论著,100多篇音乐学术论文。他在音乐教育方面的成就十分突出。"因材施教"是周畅先生音乐教育思想的一个重要组成部分。Mr.Zhouchang,is a professor in the Music Department of Art College of Xiamen University and the vice-president of Society of Musicians and Political Consultative Conference in Fujian Province,a member of CPPCC and the Standing Committee of China ZhiGong Party,whose has been written six music books,more than a hundred of music academic articles.To teach students according to their aptitude is one of the most important aspects of Zhou Chang＇s education thoughts.
