摘　　要：设F是一个群类.群G的子群H称为在G中Fh正规,如果G有一个正规子群T,使得HT是G的正规Hall子群,且[H∩T]HG/HG≤Z∞F(G/HG).利用Fh正规子群的概念,得到了关于Sylow塔群的一个新的判别准则.Let G be a finite group and F a class of groups.A subgroup H of G is said to be Fh-normal in G if there exists a normal subgroup T of G such that HT is a normal Hall subgroup of G and（H∩T）HG/HG is contained in the F-hypercenter ZF∞（G/HG） of G/HG.By using the concept of Fh-normal subgroup,a new criterion of Sylow tower group is obtained.
