摘  要:阐述了高职院校为加强学生的"首岗适应"和"多岗迁移"能力的培养,提出必须改革课程体系设置,以职业需要为核心组织教学内容。编排项目化、模块化的实践课程结构,实施"工学结合"、"工学交替"的教学模式是高职院校充分发挥实训中心在加强学生职业岗位技能训练中的作用的有效途经。Taking the course of inorganic & analytical fundamental skills as an example based on the research of "Integration of learning & practice" methodology in vocational college training center,this article presented the opinion that the vocational colleges need to reform their course system according to the needs of their future specialized posts, so as to realize the goal of "definitely fit for one post and adaptable for several posts". The course could be divided into modules and projects for practice to implement the methodologies of "integration of learning & practice" and "alternation of learning & practice" , by which vocational colleges can fully utilize the training center in training students for their future specialized posts.
