旱莲草蜂蜜保健含片的工艺研究

摘　　要：对超声波法提取旱莲草中黄酮类化合物的工艺条件进行研究,得出最佳提取条件为:以60%的乙醇作提取剂,在75℃下超声波提取40min,在此条件下,提取液总黄酮含量为2.99%。再以旱莲草提取液和蜂蜜为主要原料,利用正交试验设计方法得出旱莲草蜂蜜保健含片的最佳配方为旱莲草浓缩液∶薄荷叶浓缩液∶蜂蜜∶白砂糖∶淀粉=36∶9∶20∶3.5∶28,并对研制过程中相关问题进行讨论分析。The extraction of flavonoid compounds from Eclipta prostrata grass was studied on this paper.At last the optimum was decided as follows： alcohol concentration 60 %,ultrasonicowave 40 min,under temperature 75 ℃.According to above technological conditions,the content of flavones was 2.99 %.Honey and the extract of Eclipta prostrata grass were used as raw material.The optimum recipe and technology of honey and eclipta alba tablet were studied,which shows the best recipe for health-care lozenge Eclipta prostrata Concentrate∶Mint Leaf Concentrate∶Honey∶White sugar∶starch=36∶9∶20∶3.5∶28.The operational problems are analyzed and discussed in this paper.
