摘 要:介绍白酒企业污水处理的两种方案,原方案为沉降池及循环水池处理,改进后方案在沉降池中加入人为培养硝化菌和光合细菌,利用废弃的陶坛和陶瓶及再生颗粒活性炭作为硝化菌附作载体和吸附剂,增设三级处理。经两种方法处理后,废水中Hg的去除率分别为43.75%、81.25%;COD浓度的降低率分别为84.79%、89.30%;TSS浓度由118.11 mg/L降低至0;pH值由7.88上升至8.50。该工艺处理效果显著,运行成本低,无任何污染,可直接用于生产,也可用于养殖。Two wastewater treatment programs in Luzhou-flavor liquro distillery were introduced.The original program included settling pool and circling pool treatment.The improved program included the addition of man-cultured nitrifying bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria in the settling pool,the use of broken pottery and regenerating granular activated carbon as nitrifying bacteria carrier and adsorbent,and the supplement of tertiary treatment.Hg removal rates of treated wastewater by the two programs were 43.75 % and 81.25 % respectively,COD concentration reduction rates were 84.79 % and 89.30 % respectively,TSS concentration dropped from 118.11mg/L down to 0,and pH value increased from 7.88 to 8.50.The treatment programs could achieve significant effects and had the advantages such as low operating costs and no pollution.The treated wastewater could be used not only in production but also in aquaculture.
