摘　　要：高校教学团队的建设是高等院校提高教学质量的重要措施之一,也是师资队伍建设的重要环节。但是目前,关于高校教学团队的评价标准机制还不很完善。通过对现有高校教学团队建设的分析,旨从团队组成、团队带头人、教学工作、教学研究、教材建设、运行和管理机制6个方面以量的形式给出了高校优秀教学团队建设相应的评价标准。即团队组建具有合理性,团队成员具有较高的学术和科研水平,管理运行机制具有示范性。Teaching team building is one of the measures to improve teaching quality for higher education,and an important part of the teachers＇ faculty development.But currently,the evaluation standard of teaching mechanism is not quite perfect.In this paper,from the team composition,team leaders,teaching,teaching and research,teaching material construction,operation and management mechanism give the corresponding evaluation criteria of excellent university teaching team building.Team building is reasonable,team members have high academic and scientific research,management and operation mechanism is exemplary.
