摘　　要：文中总结了组织惯性的概念、成因、影响因素、克服机制等方面的研究现状,并展望了未来组织惯性的研究重点。This paper summarized the research status on the concept,the causes,the influence factors and the countermeasures of organizational inertia,and discussed the future point of research about organizational inertia.
