摘　　要：用质的研究方法对大学生幸福感与不幸福感的影响因素进行探究。采用开放式问卷调查法收集数据后,运用扎根理论研究方法对文本资料进行整理和逐级编码,提取关于幸福感和不幸福感影响因素的轴心编码为:需要是否满足、自身因素、外界因素、生活满意度、情绪;形成关于幸福感与不幸福感的扎根理论为:个体因为某种需要是否得到满足而产生的积极或消极的心理体验;最后以自身因素和外界因素为横轴,幸福感和不幸福感为纵轴,以需要是否满足、生活满意度、情绪为内容建立关于幸福感与不幸福感的模型。On the basis of qualitative research,this paper explored the influence factors of university students＇ happiness and unhappiness.Researcher used open-ended questionnaire to collect data,grounded theory be used to coding date.Extract 5 axises coding of happiness and unhappiness：need is meet or not,self factors,external factors,life satisfaction,emotion.Build the grounded theory for happiness and unhappy：because of the need is meet or not,oneself engender psychological experience which is positive or passive.Finally with its self and external factors as the horizontal axis,happiness and unhappiness as the longitudinal axis,establish the model of happiness and unhappiness.
