摘 要:目的探讨"双主体"理念下的基础护理实践教学管理和测评方法。方法选取本科护生90名,进行常规教学和小组式练习,每项操作学习完成后随即采用"双主体"式的阶段性测评,期末对学习效果进行综合测评。结果护生期末综合性测评成绩高于阶段性操作测评成绩(P<0.01)。结论 "双主体"理念下的基础护理实践教学管理模式和阶段性测评方法对基础护理实践教学效果有积极的影响。Objective To explore the methods of practical teaching management and test of basic nursing under the guidance of "Double Subjects" concept. Methods A total of 90 nursing students were selected,and the conventional teaching method and group exercises were used in the teaching. After the completion of each study, the "Double Subjects" styled periodic evaluation was conducted,and the learning effects were evaluated comprehensively at the end of semester. Result The scores of nursing students'comprehensive evaluation at the end of semester was higher than that of periodic evaluation (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Model of practical teaching management and methods of periodic evaluation under the guidance of "Double Subjects" concept has a positive influence on teaching effect of basic nursing practice.
