摘　　要：从哲学范式的转换讨论教育范式的转换。哲学范式的转换主要表现在,从远离人的空洞的抽象的旧范式向"以人为本"的与人的生活和实践紧密结合的新范式转换,从独白的旧范式向对话的新范式转换,从静态的横向的共时态旧范式向动态的纵向的历时态新范式转换。提出了现代大学需要的专家、学者、大师级教师的教师教育新理念。In terms of the transformation of philosophical paradigms,this paper discusses the transformation of education paradigms.The transformation of philosophical paradigms is mainly represented by the following old-to-new shifts： the shift from the people-irrelevant,hollow and abstract paradigm to the people-oriented paradigm closely related to human life and practice;the shift from the monologue paradigm to the dialogue paradigm;the shift from the static,lateral and synchronic paradigm to the dynamic,vertical and diachronic paradigm.The paper points out that the key to the creation of the science of teachers＇education should be the training of college teachers because the society requires the teachers of experts,scholars and masters.
