摘　　要：加强对实践性教学的管理,是实施工学结合人才培养模式的关键环节。工学结合人才培养模式下的高职实践性教学管理体系,由目标体系、内容体系、条件保障体系、考核评价体系和管理方法体系五个部分组成。其实施关键在于加强实践性教学过程中的硬件和软件建设,根据职业岗位实际工作与实践教学环节过程的吻合程度进行有效的管理。Strengthening management of practice teaching is a key step for implementing the talent cultivation model of working and learning combination.The practice teaching management system of higher vocational education based on working and learning combination comprises of five parts including objective system,content system,condition assurance system,examination evaluation system and management method system,the key for its implementation lies in strengthening hardware and software construction of practice teaching process,and carry out effective management according to suitable degree of practice work of professional posts and practice teaching step.
