摘　　要：由于做好甜蜜素的监测工作和改进甜蜜素检测方法对于保障人民身体健康具有重要的现实意义,从甜蜜素简介入手,根据甜蜜素检测方法的最新进展,介绍了甜蜜素的检测方法。甜蜜素的检测方法主要有气相色谱法、液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法、薄层层析法、原子吸收分光光度法及其它等几种检测方法。The supervision of sodium cyclamate is of great significance for consumers＇ health.This paper first gives a brief introduction of sodium cyclamate,and then offers the review of the detection methods of sodium cyclamate,which includes gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,spectophotometry,thin layer chromatography,and atomic absorption spectrometry etc..
