摘　　要：网络媒体给现代大学生的心理健康提出新的挑战,调查发现军医大学生网络成瘾的检出率为3.1%,女性较低;随着学历层次的增长,网络成瘾倾向得分趋于降低;成瘾组上网目的是为了有成就感的比例较高,聊天目的中为了发泄情绪和填补心理空虚的比例高于非成瘾组。管理者在对学员进行引导时可从培养现实生活中的成就感和自我效能感出发,从源头上解决网络成瘾的问题。At present, the Intemet media has challenged the mental health of modem college students. It has been found that 3.1% of military college students have suffered from Internet addiction, the higher the diploma degree is, the lower the lntemet addiction score is. The stu- dents, who suffered from Intemet addiction, have higher anticipation for success on Intemet compared with other groups. They also intend to be online only for negative emotions and mental blank. Managers can prevent the Internet addiction by guiding the effective success feeling and self-emcacy in real life.
