摘 要:舰艇设备结构复杂,存在大量的接合面,冲击载荷通过接合面来传递,因此接合面的动力学特性模拟是冲击情况下舰艇设备动响应计算的关键技术。文章选取一舰艇设备进行有限元模拟,利用刚度等效与动力等效的方法对设备典型接合面间的刚度进行线性化处理。利用试验获得的设备基础冲击环境数据作为输入载荷,采用动力设计分析方法对设备进行动响应计算,并与试验结果进行对比,结果表明文中给出的接合面刚度线性化处理方法满足工程需要。Shipborne equipments are very complex and there exist a large number of joints.The impact load passes through the joints, so the simulation of the dynamic characteristic of the joints is the key technology when to calculate the dynamic response of the equipment. Is this paper, a shipborne equipment is simulated by using FEM.Methods of stiffness equivalence and dynamics equivalence are utilized to linearize the stiffness of the typical joint inside the equipment. Based on the test data of the shock environment, the dy- namic response of the equipment is calculated by adopting dynamic design analysis method.The results between the calculation and the experiment are compared, which shows the stiffness linearization method presented in this paper can satisfy the engineering requirement.
