摘　　要：远程教育教师文化能够体现远程教育教师的价值观念体系和群体意识。分析远程教育教师文化概念、特点,从理念、质量、服务、课程、信息、合作、校园文化等方面研究远程教育教师文化内涵,对于弘扬远程教育教师文化、构建学习型社会具有一定的引领作用。Teachers＇ culture in distance education can reflect the teachers＇ values system and group consciousness in distance education.The article studies the connotation of teachers＇ culture in distance education through analyzing the culture concept and its characteristics,and through analyzing the construction of culture idea,quality,service,curriculum,information,cooperation and campus culture in order to have leading effects on the development of teachers＇ culture of distance education and learning society.
