摘　　要：高职院校必须构建教学质量管理体系，对教学质量管理体系进行系统规划，构建高职院校教学质量管理体系，做到理顺组织结构、建立校企融合的教学运行机制、建立人才培养质量的管理机制、做好教学质量监控、紧扣用人单位需求。In order to construct scientific teaching quality management system, higher vocational colleges should rationalize organization structure, construct teaching operation mechanism on the base of deep cooperation between school and enterprise, set up management mechanism of talent cultivation quality, ensure teaching quality control and meet the demand of employing units.
