摘 要:目的:了解高职护生对护理专业及护士职业生涯发展的认识,增强职业生涯规划教育的针对性与时效性;方法:采用抽样调查的方法了解护生对护士职业及生涯发展的认识,并对实验组学生进行职业生涯规划教育的干预,进行实验前后的对比分析;结果:处在职业生涯准备阶段的高职护生,对如何有效规划自己的职业生涯认识模糊;结论:通过职业生涯规划的教育,可以帮助护生了解自己可能获得的职业发展空间和影响生涯发展的各种因素,增强其学习内驱力。Objective: To understand the awareness of vocational nursing students about nursing and career development of nurses,and improve the pertinence and timeliness of career planning education.Methods: The awareness of nursing students was investigated about nursing and career development by sample survey method.Experimental group students were intervened by career planning education.The awareness of nursing students before and after experiment was analyzed.Results: Vocational nursing students in the preparatory phase of career are deficient on how to effectively plan their career.Conclusion: Career planning education can help nursing students know their own career development spaces which they will obtain and the various factors affect career development.In addition,their learning internal driving could be enhanced by career planning education.
