摘  要:标准化病人(SP)在教学与评估上扮演极其重要的角色,但尚缺乏规范有效的培训方式。根据临床教学实施情况,结合文献,以内科标准化病人为例,探讨其作为"病人"、"评估者"和"教学指导者"应采取的培训形式,以促进SP规范培训的发展与成熟。Standardized patients are playing an important role in medical education and evaluation.Nevertheless,standardized and effective training way of SP is still out of focus.According to the training of SP in internal medical education and referring to some articles,how to make SP training perfect is discussed in this paper so that SP may act well as "the people providing case history and practice of physical examination","the assessor" and "the teacher".Then the development and maturity of SP-participated internal medicine education have promoted.
