摘　　要：独立学院学生知识基础和学习能力参差不齐的现象给教学质量的提高带来了严峻挑战,根据学生的实际情况实施分层次教学成为独立学院教改的一个重要课题。我们通过无机化学教学对分层次教学进行了探讨。The uneven knowledge base and learning ability of students in independent college brought about a serious challenge to improve the quality of teaching.The implement of stratified teaching turned into an important issue of education reform in independent colleges.The level-dividing teaching of inorganic chemistry was discussed.
