摘　　要：高等师范教育作为教师专业成长的"源头",对师范生将来的成长与发展起着奠定作用。通过分析师范生的教学实习反思,我们可以看出:加强师范生教学实践智慧培育至关重要。加强师范生教学实践智慧培育,是师范院校完成自身职能的要求,也是师范生将来成长与发展的需要。Higher normal education produces future teachers,and plays a crucial role in the growth and development of students in teachers colleges and universities.By analyzing students＇ teaching practice introspection,we can state it is very important to stress the development of teaching practice wisdom to students in teachers colleges and universities.Furthermore,it is not only the task and duty of teachers colleges and universities,but also students＇ need for growth and development.
