扬州高职院校专业设置问题及改善对策研究

摘　　要：文章分析了扬州高职院校专业设置的现状,指出目前专业设置存在的问题,提出完善学校内部调节机制、合理调整专业结构、在多元化分析的基础上提高专业设置的针对性、以市场需求为导向建设特色专业、加强师资队伍建设等对策和建议。This paper begins with the analysis of the present situation of the specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in Yangzhou,and points out the problems existing in the setting of specialties.Meanwhile,it comes up with some corresponding suggestions on the improvement of specialty setting,such as perfecting the internal adjustment mechanism at colleges,rationally adjusting the structure of specialties,enhancing the relevance of specialty setting based on the diversified analysis,taking market demand as orientation to build brand characteristics professional and strengthening the construction of teaching staff.
