基于课程特点的商法学课堂教学思路探讨

摘  要:从各校的情况来看,商法学课程存在着教学时数相对不足、课程体系松散庞杂、教材建设缺乏统一性等特点,同时,商法学课程教学内容具有独特性。应当本着注重学生法律思维和实务能力培养的原则,基于商法学课程的现状与特点,在有限的学时与复杂的教学内容之间矛盾"不可调和"的背景之下,坚持"因时制宜,厘清法理"的教学思路,不断探索与完善商法课堂教学的方法。By analyzing the situation of commercial law course in the whole country,some of its features can be generalized as follows.Firstly,its teaching hours are relatively insufficient.Secondly,its curriculum system is unwieldy and poorly-knit.Thirdly,the development of teaching materials is lack of unity.Meanwhile,teaching content of commercial law course has a peculiarity of its own.Based on the features above and the irreconcilable conflict between limited class hours and complicated teaching contents,we should adhere to the idea of adjustment of measures flexibly and clarification of jurisprudence.Meanwhile,we should continue to explore and consummate the classroom teaching methods in compliance with the principles of cultivating legal thinking and developing practice ability.
