摘 要:混合驱动机构输出柔性大,能够满足给定的运动规律要求,精度较高,在现代机械工业领域具有广阔的应用前景。设计混合驱动五杆机构PID控制系统,建立混合驱动五杆机构测试控制实验装置,采用LabVIEW开发混合驱动五杆机构测控虚拟仪器,进行实验研究。结果表明:实验装置运行良好,实现了根据输出构件运动规律对五杆机构系统的混合驱动控制,效果较好;虚拟仪器界面友好,操作简单,能很好地满足实验工作需求。Hybrid-driven five-bar mechanism has big flexible output and can meet requirement of given moving pattern.It has high precision and wide application future in modern machinery industry field.The PID controlling system of hybrid-driven five-bar mechanism was designed.The testing and controlling experimental device of the mechanism was established.The testing and controlling virtual instrument of the mechanism was developed based on LabVIEW.Experimental study was carried out.The results show that the experiment devices run well,it can be used to realize the hybrid-driven control of five-bar mechanism according to the moving pattern of output structure and better result is achieved.The virtual instrument has friendly interface and simply operation.It can meet the experiment requirement well.
