摘　　要：从当前高校人事制度深层次改革的关键问题——岗位设置管理入手,阐述了高校岗位设置管理的重要性和必要性,提出了高校岗位设置管理应当把握的基本原则和岗位设置管理应当处理好的几方面关系。This article starts with the key problem of college personnel reform—the post settings.Then the article elaborates the importance and necessity of college post settings.What＇s more,the article puts forward the basic principles of college post setting management and several relationships that we should deal with during the process of managing the post setting.
