茯苓皮三萜类物质抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：以茯苓皮三萜甲醇提取物为材料,熊果酸为对照,通过化学发光法和比色法评价其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:茯苓皮三萜能有效清除超氧阴离子自由基(O-2)、羟自由基(.OH)和过氧化氢(H2O2),半数抑制率(IC50)分别为1.01、0.91、0.87mg/mL,且清除率与质量浓度存在剂量依赖关系;进一步体外抗氧化实验表明,茯苓皮三萜具有抑制家鸡红细胞溶血作用,对小鼠肝脂质过氧化产生的丙二醛(MDA)有较好的清除效果。The antioxidant properties of crude triterpenes extracted from the outer peel of Poria cocos with methanol were evaluated by chemiluminescence and colorimetric methods,and compared to those of ursolic acid.The results showed that triterpenes from Poria cocos peel could effectively eliminate superoxide anion and hydroxyl free radicals as well as hydrogen peroxide in a dose-dependent manner with an IC50 of 1.01,0.91 mg/mL and 0.87 mg/mL,respectively.Meanwhile,these compounds revealed better inhibition effect on red blood cell hemolysis and scavenging effect on malondialdehyde（MDA） generated by lipid peroxidation.
