摘　　要：社区教育促进了教育直接为经济和社会发展服务,促进了终身教育体系的构建和学习型社会的建设。在新的形势下,电大要抓住机遇,充分发挥自身的优势,采取有力措施,积极拓展社区教育,不负政府部门的重托和广大学习者的厚望。The community education has promoted the economic and social development, and has promoted the construction of life-long education system and the learning oriented society. Under the new situation, RTV Universities should take the chance, fully apply its own advantages, take effective methods, actively expand community education, and be worthy of the trust of thc gov- erument and the anticipation of our vast number of students.
