摘　　要：当前我国高职院校师资队伍建设存在着资格缺失,准入不严等问题,高职院校师资队伍建设的发展路径只有实施高职专任教师资格准入制度,重视整体师资队伍继续教育培训,建设专兼结合的双师结构团队以及推进高职教师专业发展才能符合高职教育的发展需要。After analyzing the current situation of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,the articles puts forward the developing paths to construct the teaching staff in the future,that is,we should implement teaching qualification for full-time teachers,emphasize the continuing education of the whole staff,construct due-structure teaching team and propel teaching professional development.
