摘　　要：工学结合是高职教育人才培养模式的显著特征,也是高职教育的核心理念。改革以课堂为中心的传统人才培养模式,加强校企合作、工学结合,提高高职教育人才培养质量,是当前高职院校改革与创新的重要环节。The combination of work study is a significant feature of personnel training model in higher vocational education,and the core concept of higher vocational education.To reform the traditional personnel training model with classroom as the center,strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of work and study,and improve the quality of the personnel training in higher vocational education,is an important part of reform and innovation in higher vocational college.
