摘　　要：简.爱在对待罗切斯特的爱情上表现出了作为生命个体的女性所应有的抗争意识,支撑这股抗争意识的动因与维多利亚时期女性所呼求的平等、独立思想有着紧密的联系。文章试图从该时期女性的生存困境以及女性个体意识觉醒两方面探究简.爱的抗争意识与特定时代风貌的内在关联。With regard to Rochester＇s love,Jane shows her struggle consciousness that women should have as an individual.The motivation of this consciousness has connection with the concept of equality and independence which the women called for during Victorian times.This paper attempts to explore the inherent relationship between Jane＇s struggle consciousness and the specific period from the perspectives of the feminism and the living conditions of women at that time.
