摘　　要：针对产品设计过程中大量的设计知识隐含在产品设计实例中,无法被快速有效地描述与重用这一问题,提出了一种基于模式语言的模式名称、问题、解决方案、效果和多属性综合评价的设计知识五要素的描述方法。将设计参与人员在设计过程中长期积累的设计经验、设计灵感、设计思路、解决问题的依据、最终产品的使用评价等设计过程知识进行了描述和积累,并阐述了设计知识描述模板的结构、序列和分级。利用该描述方法对冲压模具产品设计过程的设计知识进行了描述,开发了冲压模具设计资源数据和知识库系统原型软件系统,并用冲压模具设计实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。Faced on mass design knowledge which hides in a product design example,how to describe effectively all kinds of design process knowledge under the web-based product design,establishing a support knowledge base for intelligence design,discovering and accumulating all sorts of knowledge in design process,providing the method for knowledge reuse,were the important technology problems for constructing and realizing in intelligence design.A method of applying pattern language to describe these knowledge was put forwarded.A die design resource data and knowledge base system was developed successfully for verification of the architecture,key technologies and implement methods.
