摘　　要：介绍了长短链甘油三酯的生产原料、生产工艺以及生产和应用等现状。长短链甘油三酯具有热量低、安全性好、易于使用等优点,具有良好的发展潜力以及广阔的发展前景。The production materials, production technology and application of short - and long - chain triglyceride were introduced. Short - and long - chain triglyceride has many advantages, such as low - calo- ries, high -safety and easyusing, and it has excellent development potential and broad prospect.
