摘　　要：在当今快速变化的市场环境下,企业如何实现可持续成长已成为理论界和实际管理工作者迫切需要回答的问题。传统的资源基础理论和核心能力理论由于采取静态性分析方法而无法回答这个问题。动态能力理论被认为是一个有价值的分析工具,但运用动态能力理论分析企业可持续成长的合理性并未有人揭示。运用系统动力学原理对之进行了详细分析,得出动态能力是企业可持续成长的支撑力量的观点。Nowadays, under the rapid change of market environment, how to achieve sustainable growth is an emergent problem that is settled by scholars and managers. The resource - based view and the theory of firm＇ s core competence have limitations in answering this problem, because they apply the static analysis means. The dynamic capabiliies are reconfigured a value analysis means, but the rationality of using dynamic capabiliies to analyze the firm＇ s sustainable growth is not discussed. The paper examines it by applying the principle of system dynamic science to gain that dynamic capabilities are supporting forces for firm＇ s sustainable growth.
