基于SOP的网络课程平台管理模式的研究与实践

摘　　要：文章提出了将SOP(标准作业程序)理论应用于网络课程平台建设的一种全新流程管理模式——基于SOP的网络课程平台管理模式(简称SOP-NCP模式)。并在四川外语学院与高教社合作项目——四川外语学院网络课程平台的建设中进行应用和实践,取得了显著的成果,证明了此模式具有实践意义。This article introduce a new flow management model which apply SOP（Standard Operation Procedure） theory in construction of network course platform.This model was applied and practiced in a project cooperated by the Sichuan International Studies University and Higher Education Community Partnerships.And achieved remarkable results,proved that this model has practical significance.
