摘　　要：企业经营管理实践是管理类专业学生认识企业、熟悉企业各项业务流程的重要教学环节,是培养学生实践能力与创新精神的有效手段。由于受实践场所、实践内容、实践方式、师资力量以及经费等方面的限制,企业经营管理实践活动往往难以取得理想的效果。文章提出一种基于ERP的企业经营管理实践教学模式,以ERP系统为主要实践平台,通过模拟企业实习、经营管理实训、ERP综合设计、ERP沙盘模拟等多种实践教学形式,系统展现企业经营管理的全过程,具有实践体系统一、实践内容全面、实践教学便于开展等优点,能够有效提高实践教学的效果。The enterprise management practice is the majors teaching steps to understand enterprise and familiar with the enterprise various business processes for student,and is the effective means for training students＇ practical ability and innovative spirit.Because of the restriction of practice places,practice contents,practice way,teachers and funds etc,enterprise management practice often difficult to achieve the ideal effect.This paper proposes a practice teaching mode of enterprise management based on ERP,which taking ERP system as the main practice platform,through many kinds of practice,such as the simulation enterprise practice,management training,ERP integrated design,ERP sand table simulation,show systematically the whole process of the enterprise management and contains many advantages,such as practical system unification,practice teaching content comprehensive and practice teaching easy to carry out,in order to improve practical teaching effect Significantly.
