摘 要:从土壤中分离筛选明串珠菌,通过对其生理生化特性的研究并基于16S rDNA序列的系统发育树分析确定其分类地位。结果该菌株为革兰氏阳性、过氧化氢酶阴性、精氨酸和七叶苷水解阴性、发酵葡萄糖产酸产气、不生成葡聚糖。可发酵利用果糖、蔗糖、蜜二糖、麦芽糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-木糖、棉籽糖、核糖、水杨苷,延迟利用半乳糖和甘露糖,微弱利用纤维二糖、乳糖、海藻糖和L-鼠李糖,不可利用甘露醇;系统发育树表明该菌株属于假肠膜明串珠菌,命名为kimshi005,在GenBank上的登录号为GU130195。Leuconostoc was isolated from the soil.The taxonomic status was confirmed by physiological and biochemical test and phylogenetic tree based on 16S rDNA sequences.As a result,it is proposed that this strain was Gram-positive,catalase-negative,arginine and aesculin unhydrolyzed.The strain produced CO2 gas and lactate from glucose but don’t produce dextran from sucrose.Fructose,sucrose,melibiose,maltose,L-arabinose,D-xylose,melitriose,ribose and salicin can be fermented,but galactose and mannose turned to te delayed in use during the fermentation.Cellobiose,lactose,trehalose and L-rhamnosecan can also be weakly used but mannitol can not be fermented by this strain.Phylogenetic tree classified the strain in the genus of Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides which was named by kimshi005.The Accession Number of kimshi005 in GenBank was GU130195
