摘  要:用顶空固相微萃取(head-space solid-phase microextractions,HS-SPME)和气相色谱质谱(gas chromatg-raphy mass spectrometrometry,GC-MS)联用技术对清香木的香气成分进行分析,共分离鉴定出了76种化学成分,占总峰面积的92.14%。其中酯类22种,占峰面积的65.72%;烯烃类21种,占峰面积23.59%;烷烃类12种,占峰面积1.81%;醛类5种,占峰面积的0.49%;醇类5种,占峰面积的0.53%;其他物质占峰面积7.86%,主要为酮类和酸类物质。Aroma components in the Qingxiangmu(Pistacia weinmannifolia) were determinded and analyzed by headspace soid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method 76 kinds of chemical constituents were isolated and identified,which accounted for 92.14% of the total peak area,including 22 kinds of lipid accounting for 65.72% of peak area,21 kinds of alkenes accounting for 23.59% of the peak area,12 kinds of alkanes accounting for 1.81% of the peak area,5 kinds of aldehydes accounting for 0.49% of the peak area,5 kinds of alcohols accounting for 0.53% of the peak area,and all the other volatile components accounting for 7.86%,the major constituents were ketones and acids.
