摘　　要：结合理工科院系研究生培养教育特点,以学科为依托构建研究生党支部,有利于调动研究生的积极性、发挥党员导师的育人功能、创新支部组织生活形式、促进党群关系和谐发展,从而提高研究生党建工作的实效性。Combining the graduate education characteristics of universities in science and engineering departments,constructing graduate student Party branch on the basis of subject is helpful to arouse the enthusiasm of graduate students,and give play to the educating function of the mentors who are Chinese Communist Party members.And It can also innovate the forms of branch organization life,and promote the harmonious development of the party-mass relationship.Thereby,these advantages improve the effectiveness of party construction work of the graduate students.
