摘 要:教师权力是师生关系中必然涉及的重要问题之一,心理契约理论为我们提供了一个观察视角。本文通过具体的案例,分析了在师生冲突过程中教师权力的不适当介入所导致的师生心理契约失衡现象,并进一步提出了要反思教师权力策略、动态把握心理契约、适度体现人文关怀。Teachers' power is one of the important issues which are involved consequentially in the relation between teachers and students;psychological contract theory has provided a observational perspective to us.From a specific case,this paper analyzes the teachers' and students' psychological contract unbalanced phenomenon which caused by the inappropriate involvement of teachers' power during the process of the conflict between teachers and students,and further put forward the need to reflect teachers' power strategy,grasping the psychological contract dynamically,embodying the humanistic care appropriately.
