摘　　要：阐述了美国医学模式在由生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的渐变中，其注重卫生保障制度和卫生服务体系的完善，遵循生物-心理-社会医学模式的多元化要求改革医学教育，强凋预防医学和保护环境，将卫生保健的重心前移等系列变化。With the gradual transformation of the American medical model from biomedical model to bio-psycho-social model, the advancement both in the medical security and service system, preventive medicine as well as the protection of environment have been emphasized, while the revolution of the medical education has been carried out according to the diversified requirements of the bio-psycho-social model, and the focus of health care has been moved forward.
