超中性小麦酒精在名优酒中的应用研究

摘　　要：中性酒精在国外广泛应用于伏特加、威士忌、金酒等著名高档酒中,拥有广泛的市场和消费群体。根据各名优白酒的特点、各香味的量比关系,结合我公司超中性小麦酒精杂质含量非常少,口感爽净、绵甜的特点,与名优基础酒按照1～1.5∶1的比例进行勾调,在保持了原大曲酒固有风格的前提下,得到口感及风格与相应白酒相似的入口淡雅醇和、甜净,香气幽雅高档白酒。Neutral alcohol was broadly applied in slap-up liquers abroad such as Vodka,Wiskey and Gin liquer,etc.And they were pleased by more population,and huge commercial market.In the paper,according to the characters and tastes of scales of some famous chinese liquers,and combining with our wheat super neutral alcohol which had little harmfuf substances such as aldehyde,methanol,and others,etc.with many characters tasted smooth,sweet,tasteless and soft,so on.
