摘  要:汽车悬架的弹簧刚度与车辆的操控性有着密切联系。文中以帕萨特B5轿车的后悬架中凸形螺旋弹簧为研究对象,讨论了中凸形螺旋弹簧的刚度计算公式中由于并圈对其刚度非线性的影响。在此基础上进行了中凸形螺旋弹簧的刚度试验,进一步验证了其刚度计算公式的可靠性。As the spring stiffness and controllability of the vehicle suspension has close relation with the controllability of the vehicle,this paper takes the barrel-shaped helical spring on the rear suspension of PASSAT B5 as a study object,and discusses the influence of coil closing on stiffness nonlinear in the formula of the barrel-shaped helical spring.On this basis,the tests on stiffness of the barrel-shaped helical spring are carried out,and the reliability or its stiffness formula was further verified.
