摘 要:20世纪70年代至今,法国移民子女教育政策经历了短暂的跨文化教育、教育优先发展区以及新世纪反歧视教育三个政策发展阶段。在这个过程中,法国国民教育部颁布实施"入门班"、"特殊班级"、教育优先发展区等诸多政策,旨在改善移民子女的教育状况,培养移民子女的国家认同感,最终使其成为合格的法国公民。法国移民子女教育政策凸显出"共和同化"的教育理念,而"多元文化"教育的缺失仍是其显著特征。Since the 1970s, the French immigrant children education policy has been developed through three periods,which are the policy of short intercultural education period,the policy of priority education zones period and the policy of anti-discrimination period in the new centuy. During these periods,Ministry of French National Education has conducted a series of policies such as "Initiation Classes" , "Specific Classes" and "Priority Education Zone~",etc.. All the policies are with the same purpose as to improve the education situation of French immigrant children,to cultivate the French National identity and to make French immigrant children to be qualified citizens at last.
