摘 要:本文采用分层线性模型对我国西部地区农村中小学教师质量与学生学业成就的关系进行了实证分析,分析结果显示教师入职学历、教师教龄、教师工资水平和教师培训对西部农村小学与初中学生的学业成就的影响不显著;专任教师任职资格对西部农村小学生学业成就的影响不显著,但对初中学生学业成就有显著的正向影响。因此,要提高我国西部地区农村中小学教师质量,必须切实加强农村中小学优质师资队伍建设,进一步完善农村教师培训制度,实施高标准的教师资格认证制度,特别是要建立健全农村中小学教师津补贴制度。Referring to hierarchical linear model,the study examines the relationship between teacher quality and student academic achievement in western rural China among primary and secondary schools.The study concludes that teacher's education,teacher's experience,teacher's salary and teacher's training of primary and secondary schools in western rural China had no significant impact on student academic achievement,while teachers' certification had a significant and positive impact on student academic achievement in secondary schools,but had no significant impact on student academic achievement in primary schools.To improve teachers' quality in western rural China,we should strengthen institutional construction for rural teachers,improving teacher training system,promoting teacher certification standards,and establishing compensative institution for teachers of primary and secondary schools in poor rural areas.
