摘  要:研究了三种富含叶酸的果蔬提取物抗苯并[a]芘的致突变作用。结果表明,三种果蔬提取物的抗诱变能力不同,由强到弱依次为:胡萝卜、番茄、葡萄。其中高剂量胡萝卜、番茄提取物对苯并[a]芘诱导的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA100致突变作用的抗诱变等级达到高强度等级(+++)。SPSS17.0统计学软件分析表明:与阳性对照组比较,中、高剂量的果蔬提取物的抗诱变效果显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。To investigate extracts from three cultivars of fruit or vegetables being rich in folate acid antagonizing mutagenesis to benzo(a)pyrene.The results indicated that the antimutagenesis activities differed in cultivars.The antimutagenesis activities decreased in the order of daucus carrot,tomato,grape.The middle and high dosage extracts from daucus carrot,tomato had strong antimutagenesis activities which reached antimutagenic infect intensity(+++).The antimutagenesis effect of middle and high dosage extracts from daucus carrot,tomato,grape was significant(P0.05)or extreme significant(P0.01)comparing with the positive control group.All data were analysed using SPSS 17.0 for windows.
