摘　　要：教师自主学习就是教师根据自身工作的特点和需要而主动地学习,包括制定学习计划、选择学习方法、监控学习过程、评价学习结果等。教师的自主学习具有主动性、独立性、创造性等特点。教师自主学习的类型主要有教师个体自主的理论学习、教师个体自主的实践学习、教师集体自主的理论学习和教师集体自主的实践学习等四种。Teacher autonomous learning is the active learning process of teachers in accordance with their own needs and work characteristic,including making a study plan,choosing learning methods,monitoring the learning process and evaluating learning results.Teachers＇ autonomous learning is characterized by initiative,independence and creativity.The types of teacher autonomous learning mainly include individual theoretical learning,individual practical learning,collective theoretical learning and collective practical learning.
