摘　　要：本文从分析高职院校学生职业化发展与创业素质培养的内涵和现状入手,提出加强学生创业素质培养的必要性,并针对高职院校教育教学规律和人才培养特点,进行相关的要素分析,探讨创业素质培养体系的构建策略。Based on the analysis of connotation and status quo of the students＇ professional development and entrepreneurial qual- ity training in higher vocational colleges. Puts forward the necessity of the cultivation of the students＇ quality for career, and focus on caching regularity and talent cultivation characteristics in higher vocational colleges education to analyse some elements and the strategy of cultivation of the students＇ quality system for career.
