摘  要:目的探索形成性评价在护理实训课程中的运用效果。方法抽取2009级护理1班学生62名,发放自制《学生形成性评价标准手册》,由学生、小组成员、教师3个评价主体进行10项指标的形成性评价。自制反馈调查问卷,对学生进行形成性评价的反馈调查。采用定性访谈,对教师的形成性评价使用情况进行调查。结果自我评价总评分为(94.38±2.83)分,小组评价总分为(95.44±2.30)分,均呈正态分布。各项目课程自我评价和小组评价的相关系数为0.44~0.69,均呈正相关。反馈调查结果显示,本轮所试行的形成性评价具有一定的可操作性、有效性和可接受性。结论现代医学教育模式正向能力培养的方向转变,形成性评价体系的构建有其深远的意义。但针对护理实训课程的切实有效、成熟的形成性评价体系的建设还有待于进一步研究、探索和完善。Objective To explore the effect of formative evaluation in Nursing Practical Training course.Methods A total of 62 nursing students enrolling in 2009 were recruited in this study.The self-made "Formative Evaluation Standard Book for Students" was distributed to the students and their teachers.The formative evaluation including 10 indexes was used to analyze every student's score of Nursing Practical Training course by the means of self evaluation,peer group evaluation,and teacher evaluation.A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the students' views on the formative evaluation.The qualitative interview was used to collect the teachers' views on the formative evaluations.Results The total score of self evaluation was 94.38 ±2.83,and the total score of peer group evaluation was 95.44 ±2.30,the result indicated a normal distribution.Correlation coefficient for indexes of self evaluation and peer group evaluation were 0.44 to 0.69.The questionnaire survey showed that the formative evaluation was workable,effective and acceptable.Conclusions The present medical education model is being turned to ability cultivation.Therefore,it is significant to build up the formative evaluation system.There is still a long way to go to study,explore and perfect the construction of a workable and mature formative evaluation system.
